Lost or Delayed Packages PolicyWhile I strive to ensure my customers satisfaction please make sure to read the Shop Jenkiesz Lost or Delayed Policy below before placing an order. Please note that ALL sales are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. Due to the 2020/2021 global pandemic Covid-19, shipping and delivery has been extremely delayed. Please allow up to 45 days (from the day of confirmed email shipping) to recieve your package. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your order to arrive. You should recieve an email delivered to the email address registered with the account you purchased from, with a tracking number where you will be able to track your packages location. You can track your packages at ( https://usps.com ) If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS with your tracking number to resolve the delivery issues. They should be able to handle it from there. *If your package still does not arrive after 45 days AND you can send proof of confirmation of the lost package, send me an email explaining the situation and I may refund or credit you back in store credit. Please note that you must file a claim with the United States Postal Service. Shop Jenkiesz does reserve the right to not provide a refund in the form of shop items, currency or credit for orders lost or delayed by USPS.

Processing and ShippingYou should recieve an email letting you know that your order has been placed. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. You will recieve an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the location of your order/package on the USPS website ( http://usps.com ). Once your order has been dropped off to a United States Postal Service location, the USPS will handle its delivery to you. Please contact them if you have any question about the shipment status. Ideally your package can arrive in as little as 1-3 business days but due to the 2020/2021 global pandemic Covid-19, shipping and delivery has been extremely delayed. Please allow up to 45 days (from the day of confirmed email shipping) to recieve your package. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your order to arrive.

Commissions and Custom OrdersYes! I do commissions and custom orders. Send me an email (at jenkiesz@yahoo.com ) or fill out the contact form on the websites 'Contact Me' tab, describing what kind of art you are looking for. I can not guarantee that commissions will be open, nor can I always fufill all orders but I will definitely do my best to create the art you are looking for. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Returns and Exchanges PolicyWhile I strive to ensure my customers satisfaction please make sure to read the Shop Jenkiesz Returns and Exchanges Policy below before placing an order. Please note that ALL sales are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. I will do my best to wrap your order as safely as my abilities allows, to ensure your items arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged please note that you must file a claim with the United States Postal Service. Send me an e-mail including a description of the damage, proof of the claim being filed with the USPS, and photo document the damages as soon as you recieve the package. Store credit may be credited once those steps have been followed and confirmed by the shop, if the customer pays for shipping of the damage items back to the shop. Shop Jenkiesz does reserve the right to not provide a refund in the form of shop items, currency or credit for items damaged by transit.
